Please note, our household is, and will continue to be up to date with our vaccinations. But we still like to ensure collections are the safest they can be for you and our family.
As you are coming to our family home we ask that all collections are no contact please and that you wear a mask up to the porch.
Please use hand sanitiser before and after touching the locker and please only touch your own order.
If you arrive at the same time as someone else to collect, please be polite and take turns coming to the porch to ensure social distancing is adhered to.
All items are put into, or next to our locker that is wiped frequently throughout the day.

Cancellations due to COVID
If anyone in our home needs to quarantine, or if anyone in our household contracts COVID we will need to immediately stop the production and subsequent collection of any toppers and stock. We will immediately notify you if you have a collection due in the timeframe that we need isolate and refunds (if you have already paid) will be processed as quickly as possible.
If you, or any member of your household is required to quarantine/isolate or has COVID, please do NOT come to our home. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your topper. If the work has been done, you will still be required to pay for your topper. If you notify us ASAP and your topper has not been made, we can supply a refund (you will not be charged for the design work).
Please remember that edible images are good for 3 months once printed so wherever possible allow as much time as possible when ordering or consider using the topper at a later date.
Cut card toppers have no expiry so are always a safe choice too.
